Terms & Conditions CLY88 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

Within these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as defined below:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with CLY88.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a member on the CLY88 platform, including all balances, betting records, and personal information.

2.1 Member Eligibility

To register and use CLY88's services, you must fulfil all of the following requirements without exception:

2.2 One Account Per Individual

If a member is found to be operating more than one account, CLY88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances (including cash), and ban the individual from registering again.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

CLY88 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm a member's identity before processing withdrawals or other account activities.

CLY88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. CLY88 payment not accepted in foreign currency or via overseas payment methods.

All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. CLY88 is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact the CLY88 support team.

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 each transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same member's name.
• CLY88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Prior to the first withdrawal, members may be required to submit a copy of their ID and proof of ownership of the payment method.

4.2 Processing Time

CLY88 processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet and FPX internet banking methods on business days. In exceptional circumstances, such as when additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

CLY88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a postponed or cancelled match, or where exceptional circumstances arise that affect the integrity of the match.

Bets on esports tournaments such as Mobile Legends Bang Bang, DOTA 2, and CS:GO are settled based on official results announced by the tournament organiser. Bets on cancelled or suspended matches will be fully refunded to the member's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Registering or using more than one CLY88 account.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the verification process.
• Using another person's credit card, e-wallet, or bank account for deposits or withdrawals without their written consent.
• Engaging in money laundering activities through the CLY88 platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or odds errors for unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker or Sports Betting.
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to automate betting or interactions with the CLY88 platform.

CLY88 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons:
